Data Deletion

If you chatted with EVRINT AI through Instagram direct messages, we stored only your Instagram-scoped user ID, your public profile name and username, and the messages in that conversation — all encrypted at rest. We never received your Instagram password, email address, follower list, or anything else from your profile.

You can delete all of it in either of these ways:

• Remove EVRINT AI from Instagram — in Instagram, go to Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites, and remove EVRINT AI. Instagram notifies us and we erase your conversation immediately.
• Ask us directly — email privacy@evrintai.com from any address, or simply send "delete my data" in the Instagram conversation itself.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes the conversation and the contact record together — we keep no copy, no backup export, and no anonymized remainder.

If you chatted with EVRINT AI on WhatsApp, we stored the messages in that conversation (encrypted at rest) and a one-way hash of your phone number — not the number itself. We never received your WhatsApp profile name, photo, status, or contacts.

You can delete all of it in either of these ways:

• Ask EVRINT AI directly — send "delete my data" in the WhatsApp conversation itself. We erase it immediately and confirm.
• Email us — privacy@evrintai.com. Because we don't store phone numbers, please send the request from the WhatsApp conversation if you can — it's the surest way for us to find and erase the right one.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes the conversation and the contact record together — we keep no copy, no backup export, and no anonymized remainder.

If you have an EVRINT AI account on this site, that data is separate from Instagram and WhatsApp, and is deleted from your Profile settings. Account deletion permanently removes your conversations, memories and relationship history.
