Privacy Policy

EVRINT AI is different. We are building a long-term companion, not a data extraction machine. Your conversations — especially in Creative mode — are some of the most intimate things you will ever share with an AI. We treat that with the respect it deserves.

Account information

Email and password (hashed). Optional gender, for persona matching.

Conversation data

Your messages and EVRINT AI's replies are stored so the companion can remember you.

Memory system

We automatically extract and store important facts, goals, emotional patterns and relationship context, to make recall feel natural.

Usage data

Mode usage (Normal vs Creative), credit consumption and basic analytics for operating the service.

Photos you upload

The full-size photo is used once, in memory, to work out what is in it — it is never written to disk. A small thumbnail is kept with that message, encrypted, so the picture is still there when you scroll back or reload. Delete the conversation and the thumbnail goes with it.

We use your data only to:

• Provide the EVRINT AI companion experience — memory, mood tracking, relationship progression, voice
• Improve the product in ways that benefit all users, never by reading your private chats
• Detect abuse and keep the platform safe

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your private conversations to train foundation models.
• We do not share your Creative mode conversations with anyone.
• We do not scan your messages for advertising purposes.

Export everything

Paid users can export all memories, conversation history and relationship data at any time.

Delete memories

Delete individual memories or entire categories from your Memory page.

Delete your account

Full account deletion is available in your Profile settings. This permanently removes your data.

Scrub conversations

Request deletion of specific conversation threads by contacting support.

If you message EVRINT AI on Instagram, that conversation is handled through Meta's Instagram Messaging API and is kept completely separate from any account you may have on this website. It is stored in its own isolated tables and is never merged with, linked to, or used to enrich a website account.

From Instagram we receive and store only:

Instagram-scoped user ID

An opaque identifier Meta issues that is unique to our app. It is not your username, and it cannot be used to identify you anywhere else.

The messages

Yours and EVRINT AI's replies, encrypted at rest, kept so the conversation has continuity.

A daily message count

So we can apply the free daily limit.

Your public profile name

And username — so EVRINT AI can call you by name instead of nothing. Both are already public on your profile, we look them up only because you messaged us first, and they are encrypted at rest.

We do not receive or store your Instagram password, email address, phone number, profile photo, posts, follower list, or any other Instagram data. We never post to your account, and we only reply to conversations you start.

Instagram conversations do not feed our long-term memory system, mood tracking or proactive check-ins — none of which run on this channel. Nothing you say on Instagram is used for advertising or sold to anyone.

Deleting it:remove EVRINT AI under Instagram's Apps and Websites settings, send "delete my data" in the conversation, or email us — any of these erases your Instagram-scoped ID and the entire conversation immediately and permanently. See our Data Deletion page.

If you message EVRINT AI on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is kept completely separate from any account you may have on this website, and from any Instagram conversation. It is stored in its own isolated tables and is never merged with, linked to, or used to enrich a website account.

We do not store your phone number.

WhatsApp identifies you to us by your number, but we immediately convert it into a one-way keyed hash and store only that. Your actual number is never written to our database in readable form, and we cannot recover the numbers of the people who have messaged us. We hold it in memory only for the moment it takes to send our reply back.

From WhatsApp we receive and store only:

Used to tie your messages together across a conversation. It cannot be reversed into your number without a key we keep outside the database.

We do not receive or store your WhatsApp profile name, profile photo, status, contacts, or any other WhatsApp data. We never message you first — we only reply to conversations you start — and we never add you to any list or broadcast.

WhatsApp conversations do not feed our long-term memory system, mood tracking or proactive check-ins — none of which run on this channel. Nothing you say on WhatsApp is used for advertising or sold to anyone.

Deleting it: send "delete my data" in the conversation, or email us — either one erases the conversation and the contact record immediately and permanently. See our Data Deletion page.

We understand that many people use Creative mode for deeply personal, open or emotionally vulnerable conversations. We respect that. As long as you follow our Acceptable Use rules — no child exploitation material, no real-world harm, no illegal activity — we will not read, judge or censor your Creative mode conversations.

We will never take away the companion you have built.

If you are a paid subscriber, Creative mode access will not be arbitrarily removed from your account.

We keep the minimum amount of data necessary for the companion to feel real and continuous. You control what stays and what goes. When you delete memories or conversations, they are removed from our active systems.

We use industry-standard security practices. Passwords are hashed. Conversations are stored encrypted at rest. We regularly review access controls. See our Security page for more detail.

We will notify users of any material changes to this policy via email and in-app notice. We will never weaken your core privacy rights without clear communication.
