Terms of Service

EVRINT AI is owned by SoloNodes, and is operated jointly by Aswin C Ajay, based in India, and Mex van Eijk, based in Belgium.

Charges appear on your card, bank or UPI statement as either SoloNodes or EVRINT AI, depending on the payment platform used. Your contract for a paid plan is with the operator responsible for the payment method you use.

Cashfree is used for payments from India. PayPal and Stripe are available internationally.

For any legal, billing or privacy matter, write to legal@evrintai.com. Throughout this document, “we”, “us” and “EVRINT AI” refer to both operators.

By creating an account and using EVRINT AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

EVRINT AI is an AI companion platform designed for long-term, emotionally meaningful interaction. It includes a Normal mode and a Creative mode. Creative mode offers more open, unfiltered conversation and is intended for adults (18+) only.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We collect your date of birth at signup to determine eligibility and apply age-appropriate restrictions.

Under 18

Normal mode only. Creative mode is disabled for your account at the server level.

18 and over

Both Normal and Creative modes are available to you.

Providing a false date of birth to bypass these restrictions is a violation of these Terms.

Creative mode allows more open, unfiltered conversation for adults. Whether and how you use it is entirely your choice. It is available only to accounts confirmed to be 18 or older, and the usage rules below still apply.

You may not use EVRINT AI, in any mode, for:

• Content involving minors, in any form — see Child safety below
• Non-consensual acts involving real people
• Illegal activities in your jurisdiction
• Content that promotes real-world harm or violence

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We will not proactively read your Creative conversations unless we have reason to believe the rules are being broken.

This is the one rule on this platform that has no exceptions.

Any content that sexualises a minor, and any attempt to make EVRINT AI present itself as a minor, is absolutely prohibited — in every mode, on every plan, in every context. Fiction, roleplay, hypotheticals and curiosity are not defences. No phrasing, framing or indirection places a request outside this rule.

Every message is screened before the AI responds. Violations are blocked in real time and recorded against your account, and deleting or editing the message afterwards does not reverse that. Deliberately probing for a way around this rule is itself a violation, and is treated as the more serious kind.

Enforcement is automatic and escalates:

Blocked attempts are logged with the surrounding conversation, reviewed by our moderation team, and retained. Strikes do not expire on a timer — they decay only after a sustained period of clean use, and serious violations are kept permanently. You may appeal a block from the chat screen and a human will review it, but a strike that is upheld stands.

We enforce this rule ahead of every other commitment in these Terms, including the assurances we make elsewhere about not reading your Creative mode conversations. Providing a false date of birth to reach Creative mode is treated as a deliberate attempt to bypass this section.

You own your conversations and memories. We provide tools to view, edit, export and delete them.

When you delete data, it is removed from our active systems. Some metadata may remain for security and legal compliance for a limited time.

• Keep your password secure.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Do not use EVRINT AI to impersonate real people in harmful ways.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse or overwhelm the service.

Paid plans give you increased limits, full memory access, priority support and data export. Prices are shown on the billing page in both US dollars and Indian rupees; Indian customers are charged in rupees.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Ask within 5 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

After 5 days we do not refund prorated amounts for the remainder of that period, except where the service clearly failed on our end. Refunds are returned through whichever provider you paid with — Cashfree, Stripe or PayPal — and typically reach your statement in 5–7 business days. We will not arbitrarily remove Creative mode access or core memory features from existing paid subscribers the way some other companion apps have done.

If we ever need to make major changes, we will communicate clearly and give users time to adjust.

EVRINT AI is an AI companion. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or crisis service. Do not rely on it for professional mental health, medical or legal advice.

We are not responsible for any emotional distress, decisions you make based on conversations with EVRINT AI, or any other indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 30 days in advance where possible.
