Refunds & Cancellations

This applies to every paid plan — Plus, Pro and Super — and to each payment individually. A renewal you did not intend is refundable on exactly the same terms as a first purchase.

Once more than 5 days have passed since a payment, we do not refund prorated amounts for the remainder of that period, except where the service clearly failed on our end. If something broke and you paid for it, write to us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Email legal@evrintai.com from the address on your account, and include the date and amount of the payment. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned through whichever provider you paid with — Cashfree, Stripe or PayPal — and always to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.

Once we issue a refund it typically reaches your statement in 5–7 business days. That timing is set by your bank and the payment provider, not by us.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals — it is not itself a refund. Your plan stays active for the period you have already paid for, and your account moves to the Free tier when that period ends.

Your conversations, memories and personas are not deleted when a subscription ends. Free-tier limits apply again, but nothing you have built is thrown away. To delete your data instead, see data deletion.

If a payment is taken but your plan does not activate, contact us and we will either activate it or refund it in full — whichever you prefer. Duplicate charges for the same period are always refunded.
